Canada-U.S. Income Tax Convention Passes Critical Step
On September 23, 2008, the United States Senate, by unanimous consent, approved the Fifth Canada-U.S. Protocol (the Protocol) to the Income Tax Convention between Canada and the U.S. (the Treaty).
